The funds will be used by Ujenge Rwanda Ltd to co-finance the construction of Palm Estate in Kinyinya, Rwanda. The estate will comprise of 168 apartments in three blocks for outright sale as well as commercial facilities for rental. The total project cost is USD 12.6. Shelter Afrique is partnering with a local commercial bank to co-finance the project.
