This project entails construction of 30 Nos maisonnettes and related infrastructure services for outright sale to the public. The project is located in Kerwa, approximately 28 kilometres from Nairobi Central Business District, off the main Nairobi-Nakuru highway. The development will be in the form of a closed gated community.
