This is the first Social Housing Program to be financed by Shelter Afrique. The funds will be used to finance low income persons in Kenya with steady income sources to construct new homes through the incremental approach; finance basic housing infrastructure; finance expansion/extension of houses; finance renovation/improvement of old structures and, land acquisition.
